Growing up, I was always in a household with rescue animals- dogs, cats, and horses, usually in a range of 3-8 at any given time, thanks to my animal-loving mother. It\'s a quality that was passed down to me, when I first started pet-sitting for others at age 9, and today, 11 years later, I am still the one my friends come to when they need a pet-sitter. I also volunteered at an SPCA in Alberta before moving to the coast.
