Getting a dog walker, or putting your dog in day care may be just what you need, and we are the best you can get! Doggie Dance is celebrating 15 years of bringing you the best in off-leash dog walks and pet care for your pooches, and we've got a few openings in doggie daycare, so now's the time to get your pooches spot in the group! We are a small local dog walking and pet care company. We're fully licensed, insured, and accredited with the BBB, and we are former vet techs, so you can feel good about leaving your pooch in our capable hands. We are currently accepting pooches for doggie day care, and there are a couple of openings in our off-leash walk group. What do you get when you bring your furry friend to us? Well for group walks we pick up your dog in the oakland, berkeley, richmond areas, and they are with us typically from 2-3 hours. They usually start playing as their buddies join them in our cargo van (equipped with lots of plush beds, no spill water bowls, and lots of toys.), and when everyone is aboard, we take them to an off-leash park/beach/trail, where they'll have a blast playing romping, swimming, etc. for an hour or so. After the walk, everyone is loaded back up into the van, and then dropped off. If needed, they're given a quick rinse, and towel dry, and then given a treat. If you're interested in doggie day care, we are located in el sobrante, so it would be perfect for those coming from the pinole/hercules areas, who have long work days in berkeley or S.F., you can drop your pooch off at our home, starting at 8AM, and they can stay as long as 7PM, when you can pick them up on your way home. In day care, they get to go on off-leash walks, beach trips, etc., They have time for serious romping, some floor play, as well as brain work (stuffed kongs), they also get exposure and interactions with the various animals on our property, e.g. bunny, guinea pig, rats, cats, and an iguana, and lots of loving pets and cuddles from us! While your pup is in day care, they also get lots of guidance, and training for the basics like sit, sit-stay, recall, etc. They learn a lot, mostly how to be a super happy, healthy dog. We have small dogs, big dogs, young dogs, and old dogs, and it is important to us, that all dogs get their needs met, so all doggie dancers get plenty of exercise, social interactions, play, and affection!
