Pet Sitting in our home in Santee, CA (East County San Diego). $25/day. Lots of love and walks. If you’re pooch likes to swim this will be a great fit for you! Your pup will have option of swimming with us in the pool out back if she/he likes the water. We are empty nesters gone wild! We are a family of two humans and two canines living in a four bedroom home with a great pool in the backyard. Since our kids are gone, we have more bedrooms than people so we've now reserved them for canine guests. I am a dog trainer and am busy with everything K9. Lots of walks and exercise, treats and games. I have experience administering medications if your dog is taking any while visiting. We have two dogs of our own, one large the other medium sized. Both are rescues and have very different energy levels. Large dog is very boisterous and playful but is dominant and can be disrespectful. The medium sized dog is shy and submissive. I supervise and control all socialization. We do have two outside kennels which are used to help control the backyard environment to introduce your doggie to ours (or to keep them separated if they just can’t seem to get along). I am experienced at supervising dog socialization and introducing dogs to each other to keep the peace (standard procedure for behavior modification) but will not force the issue if dogs aren't accepting of each other. Our dogs are crate trained and spend nights in their crates. Your pet will sleep indoors (unless he's more comfortable outdoors). Your dog will be played with and loved while you’re away and we will send you updates in whichever way you prefer via texts, emails, phone calls or all the above.
