Hello, my name is Amanda Medina and I am a huge animal lover! I am interested in dog walking and cat sitting, but I am also capable of caring for any type of pet or animal. I have 2 years of volunteer experience caring for a variety of cats of different breeds, ages, and backgrounds at the Adoption Center in the Pasadena Petsmart. My duties at the Adoption Center include cleaning kennels and litter boxes, feeding and providing fresh water to the cats, sweeping the floor, grooming the cats, making sure the cats are in good health, providing the cats with affection when desired, playing with the cats, and answering any questions from Petsmart shoppers. I have had personal experience in caring for my pet cats my entire life, as well as knowledge of cats gained through experience and research. I have experience trimming nails and administering medication with my own cats. I have had some experience walking, playing, grooming and bathing dogs that have belonged to friends, family, and acquaintances of mine. I have also had some volunteer experience at the Wildlife Waystation caring for wild animals, which included cleaning cages, feeding animals, and assisting with landscaping.
