If you live in dunbar and need a dog walker, I might be for you! I have a standard poodle and love walking her everyday. I am disabled so I "walk" her with an electric kart. I go mostly in Pacific Spirit Park. I don't have a perfect schedule, but we often go on quite long walks (1-3 hours). Average is 1.5 hours, starting around noon. We go faster than normal walking pace, but not by much. Because I love dogs so much, I would love to bring another dog on my walk. My dog is semi shy and very well behaved, so hopefully your dog is gentle. This service will be BY DONATION. I just want to make the dogs happy! I am only looking for one extra dog at the moment to see how things go. -I cannot pick up or drop off your dog (unless you are within 1km of me) as I cannot drive. -Your dog may stay in my house, though, before and after walk time. We can discuss details later. -Your dog will need to "get along" with my dog, be unafraid of the kart, be able to walk off leash and not cause general chaos, be okay for short distances on leash (not pull). We can do a test trial to see how things go! The kart may seem like a turn off, but I go slowly and am extremely careful around dogs. I always lead, with my dog behind me, for safety. I can get off the kart and walk short distances (100m max), for emergencies and other conveniences.
