I have had learned discipline and responsibility from raising her. I have had to take care of her when she was sick from eating mushrooms and also when a bee stung her. It was very scary but with the vet’s help and my constant care she got better and now she is as healthy as can be! I have taken care of family friends dogs when they were away on vacation, which showed me that taking care of dogs does not feel like a job. I moved to Sacramento to attend Sac Sate Spring of 2016. I had a job at The Local Bark located in Rancho Cordova. This is a board, training and play-care facility. Here I was a guest representative and pack leader. As GSR I would prepare foods, medications, activities such as toys, and treats along with grooming. Also I would be cleaning and giving the dogs new bedding and making sure they were taken care of. As pack leader there would be around 23 or more dogs that I would watch the dogs play and make sure no fights would break out. Every dog has their own personality so it is important to me that I know each dog and their behaviors. I have recently moved back home because I missed my family. I will be missing my job at The Local Bark and all the dogs but I look forward to meeting new dogs and taking care of them!About My ServicesI offer: House Sitting: $30 per night. I'm comfortable taking care of dogs who are: small (1-15 lbs), medium (15-40 lbs), large (41-100 lbs), giant (100 lbs). Drop-In Visits: $15 per visit.
