Pet Sitter Job in Volcano, Hawaii

Greetings from Volcano Village, across from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the The Big Island of Hawaii! We are Renee and Reed, both newly retired from social work and computer programming and proud dog parents to Hina Hula, a 3 year old spunky and friendly Whippet mix. We love dog walking and hiking and biking in the park and in our Volcano Village neighborhood. Working/restoring our native forest gives us a lot of joy as well. We are looking for conscientious, experienced dog lovers who are energetic and up for long walks and playing with our pup. Living on the Big Island and in a rain forest is a magical experience and it also comes with some unique issues to be aware of. We're looking for sitters who can tend to our forest home and its particular needs. We will be needing a sitter off and on for times when we both are away for just the day and also when we travel. The day sits might need to be road trips to hike or walk as we have events at our place from time to time when she needs to be away for most of the day.
