Cat Boarding at Reasonable Rates We are a new, cat only boarding facility located on a quiet 2 acre farm in East Maple Ridge BC. We were inspired to start boarding cats after being repeatedly asked to cat sit by friends and family over the years. Each time we cat-sat we enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to do it full time. We currently offer two cat kennels that are located within a beautiful room inside our home, so owners can rest assured that their cat will be safe and secure and get lost of individual TLC. Our home is calm and quiet, pet free, smoke free and child free. Each kennel offers heated tile floors, a litter box, food and water dishes, ledges for climbing, a scratch post, a comfy bed, and sunset views out of large windows in the west side of the room. Screened windows that open and a quiet exhaust fan keep the kitty room feeling fresh. Each kennel can accommodate two cats. In addition to the two separate kennels, we also offer a cat play area that our guests can enjoy on a rotational basis that has a couch, scratch posts, toys and a tv. It even has a bathroom attached to it so if your furry friend likes to sleep in the sink or tub, s/he can do so! Litterboxes are cleaned twice daily. Litter is provided. Kennels and litterboxes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest checks out. Every effort is made to stick to your kitty's regular feeding schedule. Guests must bring enough food for their stay. Please put in a sealed and labeled container. *Administering medication is available for an additional $5.00 per night stay (if medications can be added to the cat's food there is no extra charge) RATES & CHECK IN/OUT INFO: Rates as of May 1st, 2014 1 night, 1 room, 1 cat (single occupancy) = $20 1 night, 1 room, 2 cats (double occupancy) = $30 Payment is due in full upon check in, by cash or cheque. All bookings longer than one week require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Short and long term stay available. Check in time is 1:00pm Check out time is 12:00pm (or by pre-arranged appointment) POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS: We only accept cats who's vaccinations are up to date, therefore proof of vaccination is required (your veterinarians office will have a copy of your cat's vaccination certificates). You might also want to ask your veterinarian what your kitty needs to protect him/her while staying in a boarding facility. Note that vaccinations should be done seven days prior to boarding. • FVRCP (Three way shot -- Panleukopenia/Rhinotracheitis/Calicivirus) -- Yearly • Rabies -- every three years *Generally, we follow the wishes of your veterinarian concerning vaccinations. Have your vet call us or write us a note concerning any special circumstances. - Flea control treatment is required one week prior to check in. - Claws should be cut prior to stay. - All mature cats staying must be spayed/neutered. - Cats should arrive and depart in a carrier or on a leash to keep them safe.
