My name is Mary, and I've been working with animals professionally for a little over 18 years now. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rodents, rabbits, and farm animals. I treat every animal that I care for like they were my own, and my pets are spoiled with love! This isn't just a little job on the side for me, it is my passion. I have 5 pets of my own. Two dogs, two cats, and a box turtle named Georgia. My pets are my life. I'm a huge animal lover, and it shows in everything I do. In my spare time I volunteer with Paw Placement Animal Rescue. I go to adoption events, and also foster animals in my home. I'm referred to lovingly as "Stray Magnet" by friends and family. I'm always finding strays (or they are finding me) and bringing them home. I check them for a microchip, and if they have none, I spend time online looking to see if they have someone who is missing them. If not, they get vaccinated, spayed & neutered (if not already done), microchipped, and then I take them to adoption events to find them a loving forever home. I have worked closely with Veterinarians, and have worked at various facilities such as; Animal Shelters, Boarding Kennels, Doggy Daycare Facilities, Animal Rescues, Animal Shelters, and Zoos. I was a Zookeeper at the Roosevelt Park Zoo in Minot, North Dakota. I also have experience with puppy socialization and potty training, and have 8 years of experience bottle feeding newborn puppies and kittens. I have no breed restrictions. I love ALL breeds, and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes.
