Hello My name is Josiah I am 24 years old Seeking my way thru life I have a great personality and a someone silly yet truthful sense of humor i am an aspiring chef who spends most of my time being a Audio Video Technician at my church or driving my immediate and spiritual family around Houston Texas or performing errands, I have numerous plans for my life and hopefully future family, but until then i would like to learn from others and assist already established families with their lives. I tend to pride myself on giving respect and honor as i would like. (Do unto others mentality) I have past experience with House sitting pets and Homes for a long periods of time. My rates depend on the type wishes you as the client has. If i have to commute on a daily basis to you home it will raise the rate some what to compensate for fuel consumption. A lower rate constitutes if I am needed to stay on site. I do require a way to contact you directly in case of an emergency. Also Any and all rules or regulations or pass-codes for security alarms will need to be written down in a simple contract prepared by both parties to insure clear and concise communication between me and you(being the client of my services). I want to make it very clear that from the start i will treat your pet with love and respect and i shall treat your home as you direct and as if it were my own. 832-466-... Dogs:(Golden retrievers, Small lap dogs, and abused strays, large breed massive's, mixed breeds, pit bulls etc) Cats:(Hemingway cats, sick or ill cats and temperamental cats) I treat your home with respect and as directed by the owner(s). I pride myself on leaving your home in the same or better shape it was in before you left it in my care. I am an avid dog lover, I have experience with felines and their behavior and mannerisms. I am knowledgeable with salt & freshwater fish and fish tanks, and i am a fast learner. My services include but not limited to Basic house maintenance, Mail retrieval, light rotation(to appear as if no one has left) garden upkeep if you have one, lawn service if equipment is provided and/or if the stay is a overnight stent. Basic pool cleaning(leaf removal) if u do have one. Watering any and all plants. Exercise any canines. If asked or directed to stay at the residence, my actions will include following what you have put down on paper, basic house check(windows,doors,garage door) any and all ports of entry. making sure the house is secure, watching tv, tending to list of duties and attending to the animals.
