Pet Sitter Job in Barrie, Ontario

We are looking for a special dog sitting professional. We took in a rescue dog for a friend 3 years ago and she's still with us......not by our choice, but we do love her. We are looking for someone to care for her long term from Dec. 28, 2018 - Apr. 8th, 2019. Coco is a Minature Pinscher and we don't know her age, but think she's around 10 yrs. She is good with people and other animals, however she does take time to warm up to other dogs......because she's jealous. We have lots of extended family with children and she seems ok with them, but she would be better in a home where she gets to be the center of attention. She is house trained so that's not a problem. One other delicate item to mention is that she will want to sleep with you in your bed. In fact, she will want to be under the covers and curled up snuggled against you. Yes I know it's weird, but she was like that when we got her and we haven't been able to break her of it without causing her a lot of distress. So she needs someone who can tolerate that behavior. She also needs to be walked daily to maintain good mental and physical health. The rate of pay is negotiable.
