Experience: - One friend's family trusted me to watch their house and care for their cats, garden, house plants, mail, and garbage for multiple weeks when they went to Europe. - When two friends were both out of town for more than a week, I looked after their house, garden, and three cats. I gave one cat his thyroid medicine each night. - I am friends with a married couple who has a lot of pets. They traveled multiple times a year for work. They live about 30 minutes away, so I stayed over at their place each night (with their permission) so that I could make sure there were no issues and feed the cats right when I woke up. My duties were the following: - I fed their cats, changed their litter if necessary, and kept the cats calm and entertained - I heated up, mixed, and then fed the sugar gliders their special frozen food mixture each night, then removed and washed the food plate from the previous day. I also gave the sugar gliders 30-60 minutes of supervised play time each night - I fed the tortoise and bearded dragon fresh greens each day and made sure their water bowls were full. They were given powdered calcium on their food twice a week. In addition, I bathed the tortoise several times a week to keep him hydrated - Each day, I fed the fish and the frog - I collected their mail and newspaper each day.
