I'm an

I go out of town every month or two, and am looking for someone to stay at my house. I have a lab and 2 cats. One cat is indoor, and a lap cat. The other cat is outside, and skiddish. I have a beta fish. I would like the dog to go out at least 3 times a day, if not 4.
