Dog Walking Port Moody Hi I’m Emma, I’m 16 and could use a job, but I don’t have time to commit to be employed because all my time is spent with animals! Either exercising my horses or my dogs, it’s all I do, that and school. I grew up learning about dogs from my mom, who’s a profesional obedience trainer. I've also been learning from my close friend and profesional trainer & dog behaviour consusltant, Ann Jackson from Perfect Puppy Start, for 10 years. I myself, take my dogs in dog shows and was ranked as #4 junior obedience handler in Canada in 2013, and have been ranked #1 in BC since 2011 to present. I have trained dogs from puppies to lovely show level obedience dogs. If you’re in Port Moody you may have already seen me walking a HUGE white and black Newfoundland dog. I’m out walking a lot, so walking dogs would make sense for me to do, and something I'd absolutely love to do! I can go for fun walks in the trails and normal walks around the city. I will also offer educational/training walks, where your dog will learn basic mannerisms, and obedience, which will make things easier for you when you go for a walk with your dog! :) For now I’m willing to walk up to an hour and a half. Regular or trail walk: $15/per hour Training walk: $15/40 minutes Something unique about my dog walking is that I will never take groups. Your dog will have my full attention, one on one time during the walk. *Note that I will be suggesting walks to be in evening hours right now because of the heat. Even the asphault can burn their toes when the sun's out! Also, if interested my mom and I have "Amongst the Waves grooming" where we use top show quality products and cool air blower (good for skin). Prices vary for different breeds.
