Happy Trails Professional Pet Sitting & Equine Services LLC is owned and operated by Stephanie Brown, who lives with her husband and two boys in Long Valley, NJ. Stephanie meets all potential clients prior to service and will be the one solely responsible for your pet(s). Her animal experience is broad and varied, based not only on her background as a Veterinary Technician in both large and small animal practices for over ten years, but also by her personal exposure to raising and pampering a variety of pets which included dogs, horses, guinea pigs, birds and even sheep and goats! Happy Trails LLC began during Stephanie's college days as a way to help family and friends when they went away for work or vacation, In the beginning, Happy Trails LLC was mainly focused on horse care and professional riding, ensuring that client's horses were kept in top condition. At the same time Stephanie was managing a small horse farm in Far Hills NJ, she was employed at a renown equine medical facility . Working in veterinary medicine soon became a passion and it furthered her desire to offer the best care for her own pet-sitting clients. Through the years, she was fortunate to work for some of the best veterinarians in NJ, and then began providing small animal care in her own business. Some of these services included post-surgical cases as well as basic puppy visits, but then expanded to offering daily dog walks to clients who worked long hours and felt guilty leaving their furry family member home in a crate all day. Happy Trails LLC is now celebrating 16 years of service to the animal-loving community! The company is fully insured by PSA and a member of PUPs, a professional pet-sitting organization. Stephanie is diligent about staying current with the demands of the pet industry, and still enjoys learning new things! Stephanie and her family share life in Long Valley with their 15-year old Westie, Mr. Bailey, 7-year old Boxer-mix rescue, Zoey, and their rescued cat, Tini. Stephanie saved Tini at 3 weeks old after she was abandoned by her mother. Happy Trails LLC takes great pride in providing the best care possible for your own furry family members!!
