I am an energized, hard-working, life-enthusiast. All of my past employment opportunities have helped me build on characteristics that are also needed to be an apt dog walker/sitter such as; responsibility, personal attitude/demeanor, and attentiveness. My aspiration to become a dog walker/sitter is based upon a theory I strongly believe in - and that is dogs are a direct correlate to happiness. I have only had one dog, Bailey, throughout my life and she was a part of my family. Through Bailey I learned that all animals are capable of helping human beings enjoy the simpler things in life. Through Bailey I learned that animals, dogs in particular, are capable of bringing happiness to the most dreary of times. While Bailey was alive, every member of my family had a full-time job, thus, I have a lot of experience of caring for a dog. Additionally, I am an extremely active individual - I played collegiate volleyball and still continue to work out and get outside as much as possible. To all of the dog owners who are unable to get their dog(s) outside as much as desired, I am here to help. Seeing as I myself need movement to feel healthy and sane, I am the perfect companion for a dog awaiting to play outside in the beautiful Tahoe area. I also realize the similarities animals have to humans, in the sense that animals too have emotions and crave love and affection. I do not have any animals currently due to the conditions of my apartment lease, so I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to care for (and get my animal fix) your animals.
