Personal Profile: Hey my name is Karen and I am a mother of two teen boys. I have fostered many mother cats with young kittens, as well as orphaned or young kittens that needed to grow and mature before being adopted into their "furever" home. For about 7-10 years I worked in a Vet Hospital in Thornhill ON providing care to both cats and dogs who were boarded and/or in for care while sick. This care included personal care for the pets, as well as medication administration. I have owned cats as a child and as an adult. I've never owned a dog but that's only due to being a busy mom in the past and not due to preference. I am also a nurse and quite skilled at many forms of medication administration. Service Abilities: I am happy to help with caring for sick animals, providing play time, walking dogs, feeding, playing/checking up on cats (I usually let the cat decide how much interaction they prefer), litter box care, and light grooming.
