Pet Sitter Job in South Padre Island, Texas

Hi, our names are Linda Ross and Daviid Ross We own a 7 1/2 month old Basset Hound puppy that is just stinking cute. His name is Winston. He will use a pee pad for first urine of the morning but prefers to go outside. My husband and I are both handicapped so we use a golf cart to exercise him. He is very friendly and wants you to go to bed with him by 8:30. If you let him out between 10;00 - ... he will sleep all night. He usually gets up around 7:00 - 7:30 in the morning. My children have rented an Air B&B for four days and three nights in August. We can not keep the dog at the rental but want to pick Winston up for a while two or three times during our stay so that the children and play with him. He is a sweet sweet puppy that would play catch all day long if you just keep throwing the ball. He loved to bat ice cubes around then eventually eat them. He is on a Hills Perscription diet so no treats or eating other dog’s foods.. No medication needs to be distributed.. if he wants something he will stand in front of you and bark, bark, bark. I am a helicopter Mom and that extends to my grandchildren and my pup. I If you have dog training experience we would like to incorporate that into his daily routine. Drop off on Thursday and pick up on Sunday. We will also need a sitter two other times before the end of the year. We like South Padre.
