Pet Sitter Job in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador

Job Overview: My name is Lucy. I'm searching for a sitter for my dog, Skippy while my husband and I travel to the US. We will be taking the ferry from Channel Porte aux Basques. Any town along the route from CBS to PAB will work. I hope to hire someone who will make Skippy a part of his/her home life while we are away. He is approximately 5 years old, a neutered male who we adopted from the Burin SPCA in March. He requires gentle treatment as he experienced physical abuse from previous owners. We need a sitter without young children or cats. Skippy is part Beagle and as such is a flight risk. You will need to demonstrate the precautions you will take to prevent him from escaping from your home. Service Requirements: We need someone who is based at home so Skippy has company for most of the day. He is comfortable in his crate if you need to leave him for a few hours. He's a good car passenger and we will give you a seatbelt for him. He eats twice daily and goes to bed around 11:00 PM into his crate where he stays quietly until around 7:30 AM.
