Pet Sitter Job in Kanata, Ontario

Hi my dog is a friendly but high energy Belgian Malinois who loves her walks. I generally take her for at least 2 sometimes 3 good long walks taking at least an hour in length. Freya is not like most Malinois’ she is very friendly but she generally won’t approach unless she gets it from her handler. Inside the home Freya knows when to be calm and relax as long as she is with her people. She prefers to be near her handler or the ones she knows best and is often prefers to be in the midst of all the action. Additionally, multiple walks per day is essential to keep her active and happy and non destructive. I want to ensure she get enough exercise and enjoy she gets sufficient time outdoors. Within the fenced back yard Freya will enjoy endless rounds of fetch with her ball, frisbee, bumper I am offering $45 daily for the right candidate. If you are passionate about dogs and have experience in pet care, I would love to hear from you. The ideal person is someone who is retired or works from home. If there are children in the home they ideally should be older teenagers who are able to handle more active dogs and participate in outdoor activities with Freya in the backyard or on leashed walks. In order to have Freya anyone who would take her on would have to have a fully fenced in property. When taken off the property Freya would be kept on leash at all times unless when playing within the fenced backyard. I would advise that in the home there be no small pets like cats, birds or rodents and especially there be no aggressive dogs. Freya is not good with alpha dogs and she will not put up with another dogs dominance. Freya does not take kindly to harsh handling or abuse. She is smart and can be very smart and a bit cunning at times. She is always alert and aware of her surroundings and when things are out of place especially with sounds outside.
