Pet Sitter Job in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Description: Hi there my name is Kaitlynn. I am hiring a pet supervisor living in Cedar Rapids. I am planning a trip to Japan for 14 days and I have a muloccan cockatoo and this bird needs round the clock care . I am looking for someone who can stay at my house for the duration of my trip and keep my sweetie company. I will leave a complete and organized instruction manual on his care , they are very special birds and need a lot of attention. I would prefer someone who has at least some experience with birds like him. I will pay well plus money for food while staying there and extra just Incase my baby needs anything. Cockatoos are like 4 year old toddlers so they need almost constant attention and I usually let him out to roam the house as he pleases and then put him in his cage at bed time. He is a big cuddler and will throw a temper tantrum if he doesn’t get his attention. All his care will be written out in detail. No guests please they are very sensitive birds and frighten easily and I would prefer to not have strangers in my home. I expect my home and my baby to be treated with decent human respect.
