Pet Sitter Job in Mooresville, Indiana

We are seniors, looking for a reliable, trustworthy pet sitter so that we can do some traveling - cruise, visiting family out of state, and even holidays. We would like someone who could also stay over the Christmas holiday, as we have no family in-state, so we usually travel - weather permitting! We don't expect you to be here 24/7, because WE aren't always here 24/7, but we are always here overnight and in and out through the day. We also have a large, fenced yard. Bailey is a 55-lb, 7–8-year-old Aussie and is active. Lucy is a senior and sleeps a lot, but likes to go out on our screened porch, weather permitting, and should be combed every day, if possible, to prevent hairballs - she likes it. My aim is to chat with a passionate, consistent person who has availability long term and is willing to, basically, live at our home while we're gone, including keeping it reasonably clean - there is lots of hair, as you can imagine - and, of course, there is yard clean-up after Bailey, required every couple of days. Summary: We need pet sitting, overnight care for a week, weekend, or for at least two weeks, occasionally. This year we are trying to plan a bucket-list trip to Alaska. We are flexible only until we have to make travel reservations - air, tour, cruise, hotel, etc. There is lots more to say and I will leave full, written instructions about the house, feeding, phone numbers.
