Seeking avid dog enthusiast. You must respect and support the world of purebred dogs. You should be comfortable with handling all sizes of dogs and a multitude of breed types, personalities and mixes. As an added bonus, experience with pack management or the willingness to learn would be an asset. Ideally the candidate should love dogs first and seek remuneration second. Dogs are the #1 priority. To be successful with this opportunity you must be physically able to handle the dogs (walking, managing their pulling etc.), be able to clean (sometimes on hands and knees), be able to negotiate stairs (sometimes carrying a 15 lb. dog) and must be a non-smoker. This opportunity offers many different facets. Would be ideal to find someone who would thrive in all areas. Someone who would welcome getting to know the resident dogs and visiting dogs and enjoy spending time with them. Hours would NOT be “regular” – it would be on as “as needed” basis. Weekends would often be involved. Sometimes just a couple hours coverage, sometimes an entire day. The odd time may require an over night or for the right individual we may even consider something “live in” in exchange for. One must be reliable to be successful.
