The most important for me that the person is reliable: comes on time, walks my dog, gets paid by me, nothing else really. When I am away, my dog needs to be walked twice a day, it is 15-20 minutes until she goes to the bathroom (dog), that's all. My dog is very friendly and loves people. She must be on the leash because she gets interested by stuff around, but she does not pull away, does not run too fast, and does not create any problems in general. You do not need to be strong, athletic, fast or anything to walk my dog. In fact, if you are not young, or have any health issues, this is just a nice short walk for you too, as long as you can come on time every day. She is a 23 lbs puggle.
