Pet Sitter Job in Cave Creek, Arizona

Job Description: Hello!! My name is Emily. I am looking for someone that can watch our Cockatiel (bird) when we leave town here and there, for a few days to over a week. She's pretty sweet - silly and easy to care for. She loves to be out of her cage and on someone's shoulder, so prefer a house without dogs or cats so she can safely hang with humans. (Though we have a little dog and cat and they all get along fine.) Service Requirements: She sleeps anywhere that's not too hot or too cold, and is quiet all night with her blanket over her cage. I would like her to be out of her cage at least 3 times a day - in the morning, afternoon, and before bed - but twice here or there would be OK. She LOVES to just chill on my shoulder while I work, or explore the couch while we watch TV. Her wings have been clipped relatively recently, but she will fly 5-10 feet (especially when spooked by loud or sudden noises). Her water and food dish should be checked/refilled daily, but other than these things, and staying warm (not cold or hot) she's really easy! She would prefer to be around people, even when in her cage, but she's just fine for hours or most of the day (preferably not EVERY day) alone or in another room (ie: if you need some quiet for a phone call, etc.)
