Pet Sitter Job in Carrollton, Texas

Hello, I'm Faith, a pet owner in Carrollton, Texas, seeking a reliable and experienced pet sitter for my tortoise, Artie. The role involves providing daily care for my tortoise while I'm away, ensuring he is fed, bathed, has time to walk around, and doesn’t get flipped. The daily compensation for this role is $30.00 a day, and I'll provide all necessary supplies and detailed care instructions. I need a sitter for a week, March 19-March 25th. He needs to be checked on daily and possibly cleaned up after in his coop. I would say around 10AM he’s usually awake and active until 5pm. There isn’t much to taking care of him besides giving him 1 bowl of soaked food, a bath where he usually goes potty (he’s normally in there for 45 min-2 hours), scrub him with soap after he’s done, let him walk around (sometimes this goes on for hours), and once he’s back in his coop, just make sure he doesn’t get hurt or accidentally flip himself. Our main concern is making sure he’s safe. The job will very simple and 80% of it is just being in the same room to make sure he doesn’t slip or hurt himself.
