Pet Sitter Job in Charleston, West Virginia

I have twofold babies - Marlo (male Chiweenie) and Sasha (female golden/lab - although my neighbors insist that she’s likely lab/hound). I don’t travel a lot, but I do work full time and I’ve got two boys who are involved in extracurricular activities and we just can’t walk them like they need to be walked. Marlo doesn’t really care about walking more than a block, but Sasha loves to be outside and right now, they just run on our street when we let them out, but I believe they need more structure. Plus, they use puppy pads and I’d like to move away from that to them solely going outside. I’m no expert, but I think a structured schedule would help with this. I’m open to additional advice (although I hate the idea of crating them if they can’t be walked throughout the day).
