Job Overview: Hi there my name is Brandee . I am seeking an animal caregiver living in Athens, Ohio. I'm aiming to find a passionate employee who has part-time availability. Duties: I have a 5 month old husky mix named Frankie, I am hoping to find an overnight sitter for him for 2 weekends out of the month. He is still being trained, mostly because he is stubborn, haha. He is so much fun though and very goofy. It is preferable that you have experience with huskies. They are a energetic, stubborn, and escape artists. This makes it very important to me that an individual has a lot of patience, and likes to play. Frankie is still working on being Kennel trained, as well as he occasionally still has accidents indoors. I have been doing everything I can to get him out of that habit and he is doing much better with it. Being that he is only 5 months old, he tries to eat everything, but giving him a stern no usually stops him. I am hoping in finding a pet sitter for him, they may have better experience training dogs, which would be so helpful with getting him on the path to being his best. I know it sounds like I am giving a lot of negatives, but I truly just want to make sure that I highlight that he is a handful in the puppy kind of way. Other than that, Frankie loves to play, he loves to cuddle, he adores other animals though he is still learning how to play gently. He is raised around cats and another dog. If you have a cat he will probably try to play with it, so I would watch when they do, because he is still learning that he is now bigger than the cat.
