Pet Sitter Job in Porthill, Idaho

Hi, my name is Meg Smith. Our farm is on the Canadian/Idaho border. In fact, it is quicker to go into Canada to go grocery shopping, see a movie or go out to eat, than it is to go into Bonners Ferry, which is 25 minutes from us. We are one hour from Schweitzer mountain for skiing or 1 1/2 hours away from skiing in Canada. As of today, we have 14 baby doll sheep, 2 barn cats, 2 cows, 5 laying chickens and 45 roasters. When we need our farm taken care of we will not have our roasters and we might not have our sheep. There's a lot up in the air at the moment. Instead, we will probably have 101 layers, 10 cows, and 2 barn cats. The animals will be in close proximity to the house. The cows will need to be fed twice a day, the chickens and cats will be fed once per day and all will need clean fresh water daily. If/when the temperatures drop low, straw will need to be added to chicken flooring and cow area. We are looking for 2 different sets of dates. 7 days in November and 15 days in December. Both over holidays.
