Can you primp a poodle? Make a doodle dazzle? Style a shih-tzu? We need you! Wet Noses Dry Paws is seeking an Experienced Groomer to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall care and well-being of all grooming clients as well as making sure animals go home clean and cute! Responsibilities: Bathing dogs based on coat type and length Assist in restraining animals for veterinary management Keep records of grooming techniques and needs Cutting and styling pet hair based on client needs and wants Maintain a clean and healthy environment Giving customers feedback on any issues spotting during grooming appointments Interacting in a kind, calm and professional manner at all times with dogs and humans Keep track of inventory needed for bathing and grooming and any repairs needed on equipment Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years professional grooming experience (or significant schooling) Previous experience in animal care or other related fields Passion to help and treat animals Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
