Looking for Dog attendants/assistant trainers Center4dogsny..... Dog Attendant/Assistant Trainer - looking for hours between 6:30am and 7:00pm shifts flexible Interact with dogs in groups using appropriate tools to provide safe levels of play and minimizing stress levels. Control level of play and dog interactions. Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by management. Use proper dog introduction procedures. Use appropriate praise and dog correction methods. For all dogs report unusual behavior and injuries to management immediately Ensure that no group of dogs is left unsupervised. Review information posted before start of shift and comply with instructions. Complete all paperwork at end or shift. Use training techniqes to work with excited or fearful dogs. We do have aggressive dogs at times and will be guided on maintaining their care and assisting in training. Keep training, kennels and play areas clean. Looking for someone who loves dogs but also loves to learn. We use balenced training techniques and provide struture during the day so wanting to learn training is a most.
