Pet Sitter Job in Essex, Connecticut

We have 5 young pullets (they will be about 12 weeks old at the time of the trip). We are looking for someone who is experienced in caring for chickens. The job will require letting them out of the coop into the run at some point in the morning, checking their food and water at this time, and then transitioning the birds back into coop by dark. Likely this will require 2 visits per day. I’d love to meet you and show you our process in advance (for an additional day of pay). Because they are young birds, they are not yet laying eggs. For the same reason, it’s really important that they can get out of the coop and out of each others hair during the day (so they don’t peck at each other), and that they are secured in the coop at night — they are very vulnerable to predators at this age.
