Cat dad here with highly suspicious and skittish female cat. She’s pretty independent but I’m looking for someone who can feed and water her, give (or leave) some treats for her on infrequent but recurring overnights away. It’s more of a checkup/check on her ordeal. She will certainly hide from you for multiple trips/days until she decides that maybe you’re ok. After that, she’ll be happy to see you.
