She requires a call stating time of visit which must be texted if she doesn't answer. She lives in a fenced yard which is entered easily at the gate hidden by her blue car under a shelter next to the road. She is 78. and would like othrt light tasks done if you agree. She will pay extra for the distance you travel and and any other tasks.
