Pet Sitter Job in Yulee, Florida

Overview: Nice to meet you! My name is Lisa. I am looking to employ a pet care provider working in Yulee, Florida. I aim to hire a careful, experienced candidate with part time availability. Services And Training: Our home needs animal feeding and providing walks. It is preferable if you have a drivers license. Our top service provider would have at least a year of experience although this isn't necessary to work with us. Additional Availability: We can likely work around your schedule. We are looking for someone to commit to two hrs a day during Presidents’ Day weekend to sit with our animals. You must meet our dog prior to sitting her so we know you’ll be a good match with her. You don’t want to spend 2 hrs having her bork her head off at you, so meeting her in advance is necessary. We ask for our dog that you take her out twice per visit on her leash (you do not need to walk her, just let her have a chance to piddle and go potty) and sit with her. We ask that you check her food dish is full and that she has water. We have two cats as well. They don’t like anybody except for me, unfortunately, so you wouldn’t have to entertain them because they’ll probably hide the entire time you’re there. They don’t understand how hissing and their claws work, so don’t worry about them pulling a cat from on the pet sitter. For the cats, we would like you to check their food and water level and to put eyes on them at least once per visit, preferably before you leave. Special note: Louis Vuitton and Coach are inside only cats, but like the idea of ULTIMATE FREEDOM outside, so we ask you do not leave the front door opened unsupervised as nothing is more unpleasant than chasing down my fat orange tabby who is faster on his feet than you’d think. Both cats are a bit on the lower end of the intelligence side, so their idea of hiding is ‘if I can’t see you, you can’t see me’ and you should easily be able to put eyes on them. We would like you to not have any guests over while you sit in our home. You can help yourself to our food and if you have a favorite drink or snack, we’ll be happy to have some on hand for you. We ask you to provide two references and if you’ve pet sit before, please feel free to provide them as an additional reference to the two references. Thank you!
