House Cleaning Service: All main living areas cleaned such as living room, kitchen, hallways, stairs, and bathrooms. Cleaning in these rooms include floors vaccumed, swept and mopped, trash taken out, appliances dusted and cleaned off, all countertops and tables cleaned, dishes washed dried and put away, windows washed inside the home, bathtubs sinks and showers cleaned, toilets cleaned, all mirrors wiped down, cob webs removed, ceiling fans dusted, and air vents vaccumed. Anything beyond these listed items is negotiable. The cleaning service should take about 3-4 hours of thourough cleaning. The size of the home is not an issue. no home is too big or too small. Move in/out cleaning is also available. Pet / Yard Cleaning Service : If you have pets we will pick up animal feces, clean yard and remove trash. We will also take dogs for walks and bathe pets for an additonal fee. This can be a one time yard cleaning or a weekly cleaning. *Anything that is not listed that you may need done is negotiable... if we are able to get it done WE WILL DO IT!!
