Pet Sitter in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida

Description: Hi! My name is Cathy aka Catherine Hart of Hart's Pet Sitting and Boarding on many sites. Google, Yelp, Fb, Rover, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc. I mostly do dog boarding at my custom home in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida. I have been around animals all my life, 50 years. I don't have any pets now, but have had horses, dogs, cats, birds, and even an Iguana. I always pet sat for my friends, neighbors, and relatives all my life, I've been working with dogs and pets full time since 2008 when I took care of an acquaintance's dog in her home for a month while she was out of the country. Then in 2009 I applied to volunteer at Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas, California, my home town, but instead they gave me a paying job at their 'Day Care for Dogs'. When they sold it 3 months later I got laid off. Some of the clients wanted me to keep taking care of their dogs so that's what I did. I had to say good-bye to them all when I moved back to Florida in 2016 to be close to my new grandson and restart my business from scratch building a new clientail. I love working with animals! It's not like work when you love animals as I do, but I do take it very seriously to keep your furry friends safe and happy. Services And Training: I have experience with caring for sick animals, administering medication, and grooming. I have also taught dogs how to swim, surf, and use a doggy door and fetch among other things.
