Who I Am: I hope you are having a good day. My name is Lela Connolly, and I am hoping to find a cat sitting professional job opportunity in or around the Independence, Oregon area. My aim is to contribute my experience as a cat/animal sitting recipient. My current availability is very flexible. I am looking for a more independent job as I am transitioning out of high school, and pursing my passion as a veterinary technician this fall. I currently am desperate for work as I recently quit my last job of 3 years, because I want to achieve my goal of finding work that I am not only passionate about, but would also stimulate my learning experience and growth. Not only that, but also have as valuable experience on a resume for future references. I want to eventually work at a local humane society to help me get accepted into the program, due to more experience. Description of Skills: I have experience with maintaining pet health, happiness, and administering medication. I also have personal transportation available. I have years of experience with my own cats, tropical fish, and lizard. As well as I have also owned birds, have knowledge on aquatic life to thrive, and have had great experience with dogs. I also have shadowed at a Carlton Veterinary Hospital, dog sat for friends, and volunteered at the Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis.
