Pet Sitter in Lake Elsinore, California

Possesses 10 years of hands on experience with a wide aray of animals, that include reptiles, amphibians, birds, and rodents, aside from the K-9 and feline friends that are more-so typical to the average family. My availability is open/flexible, and Im willing to travel, as long as the distance doesn't exceed 30 miles from Lake Elsinore. I am available holidays, weekends, and over nights, as well as available to pick up pets and accompany them to vet appointments, if needed. I am a single woman age 37, that currently owns 2 pets, both are considered indoor animals, or a.k.a. my family members. My family includes a 1 year old male pitt bull terrior puppy, that's been in my care and raised by myself, since he was 6 weeks of age. He is remarkably a very well behaved pup, considering his rambunctious nature, and his rebellious, 1 year old, teenage mentality that gets him in trouble from time to time. I believe its thanks to my consistency, working with him nonstop, from the first day of ownership, teaching him his basic commands, enforcing rules and dishing out both rewards and punishments...which have become quite frequent, since the recent adoption of my 1 year old tortoise shell/calico kitten, that i rescued and have housed for approx 6 weeks now... Surprisingly, my pitt bull has taken to the new kitten and has been amazing with her, despite prior incidents of him chasing after stray cats in the neighborhood. My stern approach to correcting my dogs natural impulse to mall the kitten, has paid off as I had hoped it would.. although it had been a lot harder than I previously imagined...the amount of effort i put in and time spent with these 2, made for a successful introduction and i truly believe they'll be best friends for life...I suppose you can consider that my example, on how any animal, even those of a different species, have the capabilty of coexisting in harmony, if given the right tools and right teacher. Pets are my passion and my love for animals, whether big, small, furry, scaley, or feathery...are a part of who I am. They give me purpose, and that alone, brings more enjoyment to my life, then any other job I've had before. I love my job!! ...and sadly, i dont think too many people can honestly say the same thing... My thought has always been this, if your passionate about something, then your gonna dedicate your all to that passion by being the best...and who doesn't want the very best for their pet?? Right?
