Pet Sitter in Chicago, Illinois

I am new to the site (Oct 2013) and I am interested in helping out people in need of watching their animals. I love animals and have grown up with dogs (large and small), cats, hamsters, mice, and had fresh water fish for several years. My roommates have a boxer/lab, which I help care for, as if, the dog was my own. For two years, I walked dogs and participated in adoption events for Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook. I recently became a home-owner in Edison Park, which is where I grew up (son of a former Chicago Police Officer). I am a full time insurance agent serving the North Shore area (Winnetka) for 12 years. Due to the extra expenses of being a home-owner, I need to make some extra money. I figured I would try out animal sitting, especially since, I love all kinds of animals. I have some restrictions, due to working full-time, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. I would not be able to care for animals during the day, unless your location was close to Winnetka. I am open to taking care of all types of animals, except snakes.
