My name is Salorah. I have plenty of experience with many types of animals. I've owned dogs my entire life, and helped raise and train many of my dogs. I have raised and trained my chihuahua and my samoyed. And if you know anything about samoyeds, they are extremely stubborn! My chihuahua recently had an accident that resulted in two major surgeries and resulted in her losing her eye. So now I am equipped to handle emergency situations, and can properly take care of animals post-op. I'm very good at keeping surgical sites clean & giving medication on a very strict schedule. I worked constantly at my parents at-home parrot rescue, to rescue, rehabilitate and finally adopt out. We officially adoped out 20 different parrots so far, and have 5 parrots that live with us permanently. I have experience with Blue&Gold Macaws, African Grays, Cockatoos, Parolettes, Conures, and Amazons. My experience also ranges out to birds, including Budgies, Cockatiels and Canaries. I have a tropical fish tank, two budgies, two dogs and a parrotlet and a linnie. I also have experience taking care of cats, as I adopted one, she currently lives with my mother in law. I have experience in handling tarantulas and spiders, however my knowledge is limited. I have also raised and taken care of different rodents in my life, such as hamsters and gerbils. I have volunteered with ARF in the past and have experience feeding animals, washing/grooming dogs, and cleaning dog dishes. My life has been dedicated to taking care of animals, and babysitting your furry, feathery or scaley friend would be my pleasure. My service is cheap, but it isn't about the money- it's about getting to know your pet and providing a safe and loving environment for them when you're not around. I am typically always available, any time of day. Whether that's 8am, or 4am.
