I have had many pets when I was younger: mice, rabbits, dogs, cats, turtles, and fish. I have once applied for a veterinary volunteer, I was declined however they kept my resume for future employee-ship. I have pet-sat animals for up to a 4 day period however I am confident in pet-sitting for longer periods of time. I have pet-sat other people's dogs. I have pet-sat rabbits and have had rabbits when i was younger. I used to have many cats when I was younger and currently have an older cat for myself (roughly 15 yrs). My mother has had many different types of fish, and have help her with taking care of the fish. Some duties I have done for the fish include: checking temperature, feeding, adding the correct amount of water cleaner, and vacuuming out the tank. Some duties I have done for the dogs include: dog walking, feeding, giving water, letting them out in the yard, and giving medium to large dogs baths. The duties I have done for rabbits involve: cleaning the cage, feeding carrots/other treats, cutting them down to size, letting the rabbit out, then putting it back in its cage for the night.
