Pet Sitter in Cary, North Carolina

Hello! My name is Christina, and I am a pet sitter and walker residing in the Cary/Raleigh, NC area. I am currently raising my maltese mix named Mardi (age 5), and my toy poodle named Rio (age 3.) My experience in dog sitting and walking first began when I would look after my oldest sister's German Shepard/Beagle mix at the age of 11, which is the root of my love for dogs and caring for them! I now work at Camp Bow Wow Daycare and Boarding of Cary/Apex as a Camp Counselor. As a Camp Counselor, I am specifically trained in how to look after several dogs at once, how to properly feed and give medication to dogs as needed and directed, how to communicate clearly and frequently with dog owners, and how to groom and dog sit. I have dog sat through Camp Bow Wow's Home Buddies program, and have visited ~3-4 homes/week for drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting. I am also Animal CPR Certified. I love working for Camp Bow Wow because working with man's best friend everyday is the most rewarding feeling! I love to see dogs grow and prosper right in front of me, and in turn, see pet owners satisfied and reassured knowing that their dog is in good hands. Through this job I get to do my two favorite things: help dogs, and help my local community. My personal goal is to keep your dogs happy, healthy, and safe when they are with me! I will treat your dog with the same love and care I give my own, and give them the safe environment that they deserve.
