*Please note: I am located in Lancaster, NEW YORK* I am an Experienced Veterinary Assistant who works at a small animal hospital for almost 6 years. While I love all animals, I prefer to work with cats and small animals/ reptiles only. In my home I have 4 wonderful cats. Cats and small animals are my favorite and I have no issues with cleaning small animal cages or handling them for socialization and exercise. Small animals including: fish, hamsters, rats, and rabbits Since I love cats and small animals, I offer drop in cat / small animal service once or twice a day. Experienced in medication (liquid, topical or pills), insulin administration, and SQ fluids administration. I will feed, clean up and play with your cat or small animal daily. Scared or fractious cats do not intimidate me as I have extensive training in handling most animals (up to 75 lbs). I can handle small emergencies in the home and am able to transport to your animal to your vet clinic or emergency animal hospital if needed. Working in an animal clinic myself, I am able to use my resources at hand to better care for your pet(s). I have taken care of any animals we have boarded at my clinic and also have a steady cat sitting client whom I sit for as needed. When I had decided to go back to school, well into my 30’s, my husband told me to anything I would want to do. My “dream job” has always been to work with animals. I feel I do have my dream job but would also love to extend my services to those whom may need it. I promise to take care of your animal the way I take care of my own. I feel I am their advocate, their voice for how they should be taken care of. No matter how small, every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and love.
