Who I Am: Just to tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Meghan! I am hoping to get a few dog sitting jobs while I study for law school! I am a recent college graduate who is reliable, trustworthy, dog lover looking to make some extra money during my gap year from school. I have experience with drop-in dog walks, feeding, sitting, and play. I am currently the dog owner of an 8-year-old lab mix. My family and I rescued her from Southampton Animal Shelter when I was 15. She is a kind, gentle, people-loving pup who LOVES long walks in my neighborhood. In fact, she's the reason I decided to become a pet sitter! I have a valid driver's license and am excited to meet new pups through PetSitter! I hope that I can assist you and your family and keep your furry friend company during busy work weeks. I truly believe that all dogs (regardless of breed or background) are kind and just looking for love. I want to be able to give dogs the love they long for and make sure they don’t get too lonely during long workdays. Does your pup love to cuddle or does your pup not like personal contact? Are there boundaries I should know about? Anything that frightens or makes your dog uneasy? I find that even the smallest things can sometimes scare dogs or make them anxious, and the last thing I want to do it make your furry friend afraid or nervous.
