Hello, My name is Kristen Bowman. I have an Animal Biology degree from the University of Guelph. I have many years of experience with animals as small as frogs to as large as elephants (literally!). I have worked in many environments that involve animals including African Lion Safari, PetSmart, and the Humane Society. I am willing and able to give amazing care to your pets, no matter what they might be. If you are travelling for an extended time, I am also able to care for your animals in my home. I would love to meet you and your pets and discuss any questions or concerns you have. I have a degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph so I am comfortable with anything from small household pets to animals as large as elephants. I have worked seasonally at African Lion Safari for several years and have experience with exotic animals from there. I also worked at PetSmart as a dog bather/groomer for a period of time and am comfortable with those roles in regards to cats and dogs. At home, I have owned cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, hermit crabs, and fish. I also have experience caring for reptiles (including snakes and lizards), tarantulas, horses, birds, and gerbils.
