I have been caring for animals for over 15 years! My family has always had a dog, and I spent over 5 years volunteering with Animal Welfare rescuing animals of all types. While working with Animal Welfare I learned how to spot specific behavioural traits in animals (especially dogs) , as well as how to administer medications to them, groom them, and the rehabilitation of animals. I have experience boarding dogs in a kennel setup as well as in my home, walking all different breeds of dogs, and grooming. I did own a small mobile dog grooming business for a few years and offered my services to pet owners that were disabled or elderly and that were unable to leave their homes. I love animals of all kinds but dogs hold a special place in my life, they are our family, our companions, and even our children. I love nothing more than to walk into a home and be greeted with a wagging tail, and a wet nose!
