I was born and raised in Texas, so I'm a naturally friendly and hard-working gal! It's my pleasure and responsibility to treat your pet like I treat my pet, my beautiful American Eskimo rescue dog, BILLY. It's as simple as this recipe, which I take with me every day: "How would I want Billy to be treated? What is going to keep him healthy, comfortable, happy and safe? What does he need at this very moment?" I take pride in the personal work ethic of researching and learning everything I can (if I don't already know) about your particular breed of dog before I show up at your house... that way I am prepared for anything. I also need pet parents to have confidence in me, to feel comfortable and free from worry while they are away from their pets. I believe it's vital to love what you do, to fully enjoy your job. When one does not enjoy what they do for a living, it definitely shows in their attitude and it makes for a very long day! I don't think there's anything I have not experienced when it comes to taking care of doggies. I have over 10 years of experience and training in pet-sitting (sleepovers!), walking, feeding, dispensing medication, bathing, grooming, and giving tons of KHP (kisses, hugs and praise)! I want to "know" as much as possible about your pet, even before meeting him/her, so I ask lots of questions... and I encourage you to tell me ALL about them.
