We are a very BUSY Pet Resort in Tempe, Arizona Looking to add an additional staff member. You should inquire only if you have a passion to work with dogs of all breeds and sizes. It is very important to be a motivated, self starter, with a high attention to detail ! The position available is for the Front Office. Below are Some of the basic job requirements that we are looking for; * Clerical skills * Flexible hours * Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook. * Data Processing * Filing * Accurately Making appointments & Taking Reservations. * Proficient with Facebook * Able to articulate and communicate to the customer with ease. * * Must be able focus in a fast paced environment & complete tasks. * Detail oriented * Needs good communication skills! *Happy disposition and friendly attitude * Must have great Dog handling skills. *Comfortable dealing with all breeds. *Must be Punctual and have time management skills. *Must be organized and detail focused. * Must have reliable Transportation. *This job will require some clean up ( general cleaning of the building ex- windows, floors, trash) *Must have 3 years of professional experience. *Must take direction well and have follow through to finish tasks. **must be able to move & think quickly!
