When I was 13, I began volunteering at my local animal shelter, the Virginia Beach SPCA. I volunteered there for about a year or so, and absolutely loved it there. At 16, I was hired at Acerdale Animal Hospital as a dog bather in Virginia Beach, after two years of employment, I had to resign from my position to focus on my studies. Since then, I have been working as an online dog walker/pet sitter while I attend college.
